Patients are seen by appointment Monday through Friday. Appointment times may vary depending on the location and availability of physicians. Pima Heart staff will assist patients and referring physicians with appointment days, times, and which physicians are available at each of the office and clinic locations. If a patient were unable to keep a scheduled appointment, or may be late, we would ask that the Pima Heart location be contacted as soon as possible. We try to see our patients on time, however, due to the nature of a Cardiology practice, there may be unexpected

emergencies. If we know in advance that a physician is going to be late or delayed, Pima Heart will make every attempt to inform our patients and reschedule the appointment, if necessary. We would ask that our patients keep us apprised of any address or contact telephone number changes. We would request that we be provided with patient insurance information when their appointments are scheduled.
