As a courtesy to our patients, we will file your insurance claims to help you receive the maximum reimbursement under your policy. If there is an office co-payment or co-insurance due, you will be expected to pay it at the time of your visit. You will be billed for any remaining balances after claims are processed and contract adjustments have been made. Statements are mailed monthly to patients with an outstanding balance.
